2005 Toyota Matrix flickering headlights.

For the first 5-10 minutes that the car is turned on, the headlights don't come on (only the parking lights do). The high beam work fine. After that initial period, they come on, but for the next 5 minutes they flicker when I drive over the slightest bump. Then for the rest of the ride, they work fine. I've had it to the dealership 3 times. The first time they didn't know what was wrong so they just swapped out the bulbs. Next time, they replaced the headlight assembly switch. An electrical diagnostic was run as well, which didn't provide any insight. The third time, they called Toyota who suggested a daylight running light relay replacement. I'm still having the problem and I'm tired of not getting the correct diagnosis. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!
