2008 Chevy Suburban 2WD. MSRP is a little over $47,000. How low will they go on this vehicle?

New 2008 loaded except without sunroof, located at south Mississippi dealership.

A lot depends on how well they are selling in your locale and how many there are on the dealers lot. With gas prices skyrocketing there doesn't seem to be much of a market for large trucks like the Suburban. Dealer holdback is about 3% of MSRP so as a gues I'd say offer 2% below invoice plus any incentives GM is giving at thae moment. I believe that's another $2,000. The dealer will probably cry he can't do it so just make the offer, walk out if he doesn't take it, and wait for the phone call.

It might be worthwhile to wait a few more weeks. The end of the model year is approaching so the deals may get better.
