2008 Chrysler Town and Country stalled while driving, alarm and washers going too at same time. Stopped after few minutes.

My wife came out to the van the other day and she hit the unlock button and the alarm started going and squirts were shooting all over the place until they emptied. Finally shut off by itself after 10 minutes. Took it to dealer and they said bad ground wire and fixed it. I drove it today and while on the thruway it stopped/stalled squirts started and I pulled it off the road. I then waited 5 minutes for squirts to stop by themselves started the van up and drove right back to the dealer. They said they have no idea because there's no warning lights this time. What's wrong? It's only a 2008 with 20000 miles.
