2008 Santa Fe GPS experience

I am looking at the 2008 Santa Fe with the LG navi. Anyone have experience with this. Is it also bluetooth or just Nav? Is the $1700 wirth it or just get a Nuvi for $500- $600.
Thanks,
Dave

Everyone is using the same map data, so don't expect much difference there. The benefit of a factory system is full integration into the dash, a clean look and less tendency for theft. (I'm hearing that portable GPS units make an enticing and easy target for crackheads armed with a brick.)

However some factory systems disallow certain features when the car is moving. I'm not sure what Hyundai's policy is. Aftermarket systems have no limitations against entering a destination while moving, but some factory systems do, for example.

Since the only Santa Fe I have driven did NOT have nav, I suggest you test drive one with nav and see how the interface seems to you. And be sure try it out while the car is moving, too. I don't think Bluetooth is part of the deal.

Hi. I can provide you with a build in. in dash GPS for the hyundai santafe which is way better than factory because its DVD/BLUETOOTH/BACK UP CAMERA/GPS/TV have a SD card slot and USB.

This product is fully equiped with all the installation accessories need for your new santafe. you can call us at :1-888-746-6712 or email me at: info@rimoscorp.com we have this system on special i believe till the end of this month for only $659.00 the installation is very simple you might even be able to do it your self. call me or E-mail me asap i only have 2 left.

and by the way i sold cars for 8 years and i think that spending you money on a loaded car that will depreciate in less than 3 month over $10,000.00 dollars and this is not this car only is any car that will depreciate like this... i personally think is not worth it!

If i was you i would get the base model and customised it that way you can save over $3000+ take care and call me if you have any questions my name is Ricardo.
have a great day!
