TMV for the Limited in my zip code is running around $38,206. That includes destination of $745 but doesn't include a $2,000 customer cash rebate. So my out the door price would be closer to $36,000.

I'm not sure what a Special Edition would be. Note that the base Highlander Hybrid is selling for around $30,700 after rebates (again, that's TMV in my zip code).

Without knowing what options you have it's hard to say if you are getting a good price. Please use Edmunds True Market Value pricing tool and that'll tell you what others are paying in your area.

And congrats on the new ride!
