2010 Honda Odyssey Touring. Malfunction with "VSA"/ Modulator. Loud marble grinding noises on turns.

Help - Both Computer TECHLINE and Honda Techies are "Clueless"!! Diagnosed and attempted replacement of MODULATOR - to correct V.S.A. Lites/Alarm on Turns accompanied by very loud metal/ marble grinding noise. Bought our new 2010 "ODYSSEY TOURING" on Thursday - and still can't touch it -now 3rd day in shop. ??Suggestions??
