I'd say the price is too high and I don't know what the seller based it upon. You will need to check the VIN by using Autocheck or Carfax to find out any issues, it will cost a small amount but it's worth it. The Ford Fiesta can be appraised on this website in the used car section and I have attached that on the bottom. You didn't specify Hatchback or Sedan or trim level of S,SE, or SEL. You will need to know this when appraising the vehicle. When rating condition you'll want to put average. The appraisal is based upon your zip code.
