    In the glove box, there is a bank of relays. It will be one of the end ones.
    One of them is marked Fuel Pump relay. When it won't start, tap the relay and see if it will start. If it does, replace the relay.

    If it doesn't, then CAREFULLY sprinkle some fuel into the throttle body and see if starts and stays running. If it stays running, then you have confirmed that the relay is not working.
    The relay energizes the pump until oil pressure comes up, then the oil pressure switch powers the pump.
