Nomally when the engine is cold the oil is thicker so the oil pressure is higher,,,as for the low oil pressure,,, how low is low ?
The warning light coming on is not a good thing,, but to be certain you will need to have the oil pressure checked with an external guage,,you may have a bad pressure sensor.
On your car i believe there are two fans,,one is for the radiator,,and the other one operates when the a/c system is on.
