98 plymouth neon 2dr 5speed 140000mi motor cut off during driving, possbly fuel filter? pump? other wise runs good

1998 PLymouth neon 2dr 5speed 140000mi, motor cut off when driving. let sit a few minutes starts up again.clogged fuel filter?, fuel pump going?,otherh wise car runs good.
