    This might indicate air in the cooling system, or a defective thermostat, new or not.

    Thank you Mr. shiftright I had already checked that, the owner of this truck took it to a Raben Tire shop to have a new t-stat put in they put it in upside down, This confirms that most tire shops should stick to tire work. Again thanks for the response.
