    Check trhe impellers on the water pump. I saw a water pump which no longer had impellers because they disintegrated over time.

    water pump also been replaced

    This could be a number of things. Was the system bled properly and completely? Air in the system will cause overheating. Was the correct mixture of coolant/distilled water put in after changing the components?

    Without turning the AC on, do the fans kick in when the temp gauge gets too high?
