    If you are dropping the pan, its much easier to do with the car on a lift. I had it done once on my 2002 to clean the filter - when it was about the age of your 05 now. Otherwise, I just pull the plug and drain the fluid from the torque converter and replace it (takes about 2.5 qts on the 02 - measure what comes out of your 05 since you have the 4 speed AT and mine is a 3-speed). A drain & fill takes about an extra 10 minutes when I do an oil change. Easy job. You may need a metric hex drive socket (10mm?).
