    The difference will be about 0 for mechanical work assumming you're talking about a V6 Camry. They use the same engine trans etc. I typically find that my ES uses the same parts.

    Should be about the same unless you have more gadgets on the ES that could fail. Also dealer labor rates can vary according to location and overhead costs.

    Actually I looked up alternator and radiator for both cars, and the alternator is cheaper on the Lexus and the radiators are the same price for both cars.

    This presumes both engines are the same V-6.
