jen5618	Buick Enclave 2008 navigation system says Disk Read Error. Dealer can't fix it. Help! I have replaced the disk, but I keep getting a disk Read Error. The dealer tells me the only way to fix it is to replace the entire system, which is really expensive. Has anyone else experienced this same problem and found a fix besides replacing the entire stereo/navigation system? This has been going on now for several years. It started out intermittently and when some times reset itself when the car was restarted, but now it stays in error mode. Everything else on the system is working, the stereo, the DVD/CD player and the back up camera. It's just the navigation system.

We have the exact same problem with our 2008 enclave. Its been going on for a long time and shutting down and starting up the car no longer works for us. Its extremely disappointing to have a feature on such an expensive vehicle not work.
