Buying a 2006/7 Mercedes R350/500.

I am looking into buying a 2006/7 Mercedes R350/500. I have a R350 with 27000 miles and comes as Mercedes certified with extended warranty. The asking price is 25990 + and the dealer does not want to come down on price. Another one is a R500 with 30,000 miles and no Mercedes extended warranty. Both the cars are 2006. The asking price for R500 is 23400. Can you guide me on which one to go for? How do they compare with Chrysler Pacifica?

Try the forums section here at edmunds.com, under Mercedes-Benz and R class. There is a thread titled "buying experience", and several members have given their experiences.
