Not sure how many were made but it sounds like your truck was a special trim level with a few extras from the factory to signify 50 years of the F150.

It's probably no different in uniqueness than a 25th Anniversary Caravan, a Special Edition Honda Civic, or a Jeep Grand Cherokee "Limited" meaning it's going to be worth the same or maybe a little bit more (few hundred, one thousand?) than a regular run of the mill used F150. It's value will mostly depend on it's condition and mileage.

You might get some Ford or F150 fan to fork out a little more but it's highly doubtful. After all, hundreds of thousans of F150s were made that year and many of them are for sale.
