Can I dispute with insurance company whether my vehicle is a total loss or not?

Insurance company said they usually total at 70% damage. I have roughly a bit more than 75% and they still did not total it out. Is it possible for me to dispute it with the representative?

This article will tell you how to proceed. If all else fails there are many cases of individuals suing their insurance company and winning if they felt their car was worth more than book value or the repair settlement was inadequate, but it all depends on the fine print in your policy. Obviously hiring a lawyer should be your last resort.
