Can I flip the suspension upside-down (building a Caterham)??

here is a pic of the suspension :

so i want to install it while its upside-down on a caterham that i'm building from scratch ,, but i'm not sure if that would be OK ??


also i have another question : there is a 14 cm difference in the width between th front wheels and the width between the rear wheels in the caterham im building ( the front wheels are wider by 14 cm ) is that also OK ?
