Can I install a factory Navigation unit to replace my factory non-navigation radio on my 03 Lincoln Navigator?

I have a 2003 Navigator that came with a radio that does not have navigation. I would like buy a radio unit with navigation from e-bay to install and would like to know how hard it would be? Are the harnesses the same or would i need to slice new harnesses to be compatible. I understand that I would also need an antennea. Last but not least can anyone give me an idea on how much this would cost?

Usually, you cannot replace the existing radio with a navi system and judging from the pics of the Navigator interior, the same applies. You'd have to replace the whole trim around center stack because the navi unit is integrated with the CD player.

You'd be better off just buying a portable GPS system and it would be much cheaper.
