First of all, factory is OEM - it means Original Equpment Manufacturer - i.e., what came with the car.
It is possible to buy an OEM nav system from Hyundai but it will be ridiculously expensive. Aftermarket would be a much better choice - check out the systems offered by Pioneer, for example. Aftermarket units are almost always better choices - and better value - than those offered by the manufacturer.
