The proper way to stop that leak would be to replace the oil pan gasket. However, I realize that may be more expensive than you can afford. If you want to seal it up with chemicals, JB Weld would work; but it also might bond the oil pan to the engine block, which could result in problems later on. My preference in a situation like this would be to use Permatex Grey RTV Silicone gasket sealer. The Grey formula is more rigid than the other types, and will seal better. Run a Q-tip into the area first, to clean the surface as much as possible.
