Can you help me find a car with wheelchair access?

I am looking for a car I can drive my wheelchair into with out difficulty. I understand Toyota has such a model for their Japanese customers. How can I purchase such a model here in the United States?

Do a google search on wheelchair access vehicles, or handicap vehicles, etc. You'll find a number of companies offering different capabilities.
