I think you need to be clear as to exactly WHO is going to sit in the third row, and how often it is going to be used. Many vehicles which have a third row, are extremely cramped and/or uncomfortable, for anyone older than a child. Crawling back there is another consideration.

Also, because many of the seats flip down, are removable, or need to come out for storage space...they tend not to be the highest comfort seats to begin with.

Consider also the overall width of the seats, to determine if that is important to you. We keep a full size just for vacations/trips and hauling, and the teenagers find it very comfortable to lay down across the seats for long trips.

Assuming that you might be putting adults in the third row, the ones that come to mind are the Buick Enclave, Saturn Outlook and GMC Acadia - three flavors of the same basic platform. Everything else I can think of has a middle bench.

On the high end, the Audi Q7 and Mercedes R-class are so-equipped, but I think the back seats only seat two, making them 6-seaters. In both cases, the middle captains have a console between them. Not sure it it is removable or if you can still walk through.
