    If it starts with starter fluid it is surely a fuel delivery problem. First turn the key to on but don't start the engine. You should be able to hear the fuel pump kick in. If not, check the relay in the fuse box. Then change the fuel filter if its more than 2 years old. Then you can test the fuel system for pressure at the fuel rail with a fuel gauge that screws onto the rail's schrader valve. With the key on engine off, the fuel pressure should be 40+ psi. If not you need a new fuel pump.
