Cash for Clunkers. 8 days between registration.
I own a 2000 Audi that qualifies for Cash for Clunkers. The car has been continuously insured, the only problem is that between Feb 1 and Feb 8 this year it was not registered, will my car still qualify for Cash for Clunkers? It's only 7 days; are the goverment's rules black and white on this issue?
