Check eng light remains on in my 2000 insight after replacing o2 sensor that code said was bad. Any suggestions?

I have a 2000 Honda Insight that the check eng light came on. right after this happened, Honda sent notice of recall to replace ECM because it could misinterpret signals sent and report bad sensors that were not bad. after Honda replaced the ECM, they said that it still has some sensor bad and they want 100 dollars to diagnose the problem. Had code read at Autozone and their scanner said faulty heated o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1. That sensor is a NTK L2H2. Bought new sensor that auto store said was for my car. 5 wire Bosch. replaced sensor, disconnected batt for 20 min then started car up. light was out for 25-30 seconds then came back on. What now?

Ussualy if you change a o2 sensor you have to reset the ECM....

But sometimes if fix on O2 sensor and not the rest they can very quickly after changing one. Best bet get them all changed and have a dealer reset the ECM.... Costly but you won't pass inspection with out getting it done.
