The Civic 4-door was available in three major trim levels for 2011- VP, LX and EX. There were also two minor trim levels- the LX-S (added black sport cloth interior, alloy wheels, rear lip spoiler and leather wrapped steering wheel to regular LX) and EX-L (added leather interior, heated front seats and features like traction control and brake assist to the EX).

For the sake of this question, I'll focus just on the main three. The VP is the entry-level model, the LX is the mid-level, high-volume model and the EX is the sportier and more upscale version.

Standard features on the VP include-

    AM/FM CD 4-spkr (no clock)

    Air conditioning

    Power windows

    Dual manual remote side mirrors

    15” steel wheels/tires

For $1,200 more, the LX added numerous features-

    Adds clock to stereo

    Cruise Control

    Carpeted floor mats

    Power Windows, with Driver’s side 1-touch up/down

    Front map lights

    Front center armrest

    Illuminated entry

    Remote keyless entry

    Panic alarm

    Power door locks

    Dual power remote mirrors

    16” steel wheels/tires

For another $1,850 more than the LX, the EX features-

    Stereo has 6-speakers

    Steering wheel audio controls

    Rear cupholders

    Exterior temp display

    60/40 split rear seat back

    Rear armrest

    Power Moonroof

    16” aluminum alloy wheels

    Variable intermittent wipers

    4-wheel disc brakes
