Did you resolve your stuck CD problem? My Bose 6 CD is doing the exact same thing.
I had a Smart Digital Adapter and Xm tuner added to my factory radio. I did not remove CD's from the radio before having the items added. The CD's now appear stuck and the radio doesn't recognize that CD's are in there and the CD icon flashes. The problem is identical to yours. Did you get it resolved or find a way to get the CD's out?
