    From your description you have 2 problems. One is that the system is not holding the refrigerant charge. This will require inspection of the system to see if it is just a possible o-ring leaking or you have a leak in one of the components. The other problem relates to the vents. If it only blows through the passenger vents and not the other vents, then the problem is the blend door actuator or the blend door itself has warped from heat. This can be an expensive repair as the entire dash needs to be removed to replace the blend door and in some cases the actuator. If you hear a clicking noise when you first turn on the AC system it is likely the problem. If I were you, I would fix the refrigerant issue first and just live with the AC blowing only through the vents if you can.
