Do the fog lights come on with the headlights or is there a separate switch I can't find? 96 Dodge Intrepid. Thanx! indyfan66
fog lights never worked,could be bulbs but didnt know if there was a different switch for them or if they come on with headlights. its on a 1996 dodge intrepid. thanks!

Foglights always have their own switch, and they work only with low beams. They will not work with high beams. Usually on every car I've ever seen, this switch is either on the dash or behind the steering wheel. It's rarely on the light stalk. And very often, a symbol will appear in the instrument cluster to tell you that the fogs are on. Just keep looking, you're sure to find it. It's the switch that you always thought did nothing :)

Try pulling the headlight switch out slightly while the lights are switched on. That should switch on the fog lights. The Chrysler minivans are like this, the Intrepid probably is too.
