Dodge Caravan flashing rear-wiper and A/C light

Hi,
I am new on this forum
Ihave 1998 grand caravan, had the same problem flashing light on control pannel. i have done the procedure (calibration)u suggested every thing went to normal except A/C button and air circulationn button lights are still flshing. I repeated the procedure u have sugested but the proble remain the same also A/C not turn on.. Pl. If u can help me further more on this issue. thaks for time and cosidration
