    Could be the switch or the headlight relay which is below and to the left of the fuse array (Junction box).

    The relay would be easier to replace than the switch.

    The relay is located in the junction box on the left end of your instrument panel, behind a door that you pop off.

    The relay is okay. The high beams work. Is it safe to say the switch should be replaced?

    Thank you, The headlamp switch was bad. It was a simple and quick replacement.

    I have the same problem with a 1995 Dodge Dakota and the cab switch was just fixed and the automotive store haven't heard of a headlight relay switch.
