Does anyone know where I can find a GPS navigation DVD for Europe (Greece in particular) for a Toyota 4Runner?

I also read there was a software you might be able to download in order to make your own navigation DVD. I'm not too familiar with anything like that, so any help relating to this will do. Thanks!

1) If you contact a Toyota Dealer in Europe, you should by able to buy a map DVD for the 4Runner. But I'm not sure if the "region" and format (NTSC vs. PAL) issues apply like they do for DVD movie players. Could go either way. You can't make your own navi DVD for your own car.

2) Microsoft sells a mapping program called Streets and Trips. I bought mine at Costco. For $50, its just a nice map program. For $100, they sell the map program along with a GPS sensor that plugs into a USB port. Installed on a laptop, it becomes a $100 GPS system (if you have a PC laptop.) Best of all, they sell a Europe data disc that can be loaded. You have to buy it in Europe, or on-line, but it can be used with Streets and Trips and the USB GPS unit. The Europe version of the software is called Microsoft AutoRoute. Not sure if Greece is included, but I'm sure the Autoroute website will specify.
