Does having wheel locks make it significantly harder to change a tire if you get a flat?

I am going to be purchasing a new car in the coming months
I am just wondering if I should go for the wheel locks
I dint want them to become a hassle for myself

Not at all. You will have the special socket included with the wheel locks that you use to remove one of the wheel nuts on each wheel. It really just means an additional step to take the wheels off and protects the expensive wheels from theft.
