Does the brake pedal switch effect overdrive on a 1995 Dodge Ram 350 5.9? It drops out of overdrive.
customer says truck drops out of o.d. whenever. found broken pedal switch bracket.was thinking pedal was bouncing and disengaging o.d.? /

Sure, makes perfect sense....OD always disengages when you hit the brake, and it does this by an electrical, not a hydraulic, signal, so there you go. Could be, could be.
