Flowmaster Muffler 1998 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V-6
Would a Flowmaster 2 chamber if available for 4Runner's still make a nice sound? On my 3.4L V-6? Thanks, Ben.

they are going to be really loud, and yes, they will make a nice sound :) just measure the inlet and outlet pipes, note where they come into the muffler, side or center, and overall length, then check out Jegs or Summit for the proper muffler

sandmans correct, but you can save a lot of many for the same flow master equipment from your local parts store.our advanced auto parts here will find and order you the flow master if available and at a considerable reduction in price.i like jegs and summit but the prices are beyond what some of us back yarders can afford.so i did a little searching and a lot of parts stores carry name brand parts without specialty catalog prices and its the same manufacturernd the same warranty...if a flow master design isnt available or is to pricey you can always opt out for a after market imitaion w/ a descent warranty.always ask around because out thersome where close is a way to get what you want, nicely priced without sacrificing quality.. hope thisheds a lil more lite on it...

I'd seriously consider an exhaust for your V-6. Most of the 8 cylinder motors will sound pretty good. Of the v-6 s I've heard including Toyota, Chevy, Ford, and Nissan. I've yet to hear anything that sounds real good. Most sound kind of tinny. Maybe its just me. Make sure to keep your stock system in case you don't like how it sounds.
