Ford Fusion - both fogs lights burned out, how to replace? From the bottom or front? Any help would be helpful! Thank you

Both of my Ford Fusion 2006 fog lights burned out. Dealership wants $27 per bulb plus installation. I see the bulb listed for much less but how do I access the bulbs? From the front, under the car or ?
Thanks in advance for any information!

WARNING: The fog lamp bulb contains gas under pressure. The bulb may shatter if the glass envelope is scratched or if the bulb is dropped. Handle the bulb carefully. Grab the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass envelope. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.

NOTE:

* The fog lamp bulb should not be removed from the fog lamp until just before a new bulb is installed. Removing the bulb for an extended period of time may affect fog lamp bulb performance. Contaminants may enter the fog lamp where they can settle on the lens and reflector. Never turn on the fog lamps with the bulb removed.

* Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the fog lamp bulb.
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
