    Looks like you will have to drop the tank at least a little bit. If there were an easier way, I am sure a mechanic would have pointed that out. Before you do that, make sure that it is your fuel pump that is the issue. I would try changing the main relay first, since it is much cheaper and easier, and is a more often fuel failure.
