Fuse/ Relay Block & Horn 1988 Honda Civic DX 1.5L sedan

Thank you for your prompt response. I did check the fuse box under the dash near my left knee. I pulled each and every fuse just because there was no marking for horn fuse. And by appearence they were all good. And I did it one at a time. Don't laugh, but where behind the grille is the horn located. Would it be closer to the battery side which is the passenger side in this car or to the right, drivers side. Does it sit high towards the top of the grille or lower near the bottom of the radiator? Thanks you very much, Ben.

Fuse is # 35, a 15 amp. The horns should be behind the front bumper.
