Gap Insurance?
I have to drive on the DC beltway and I see lots of fender benders and people cut me off all the time. Does leasing gap insurance cover the deductible? If my car is wrecked and the value is more than I owe on it, will the gap insurance cover the $500 deductible?

It depends entirely on what your GAP policy reads. Some do cover deductible and some don't. As always, "read the fine print" before you sign.

Yup, read the fine print. Not all GAP insurance is created equal. It may or may not.
