    You might be able to use a pension pay stub or direct deposit statement if you can get your hands on that info. The "DCID" should be at the bottom of the statement. Someone at the Chrysler retiree site may be able to help.

    I agree with steve and yes you contact the Chrysler retiree site for the employee number. I processed many green sheet deals but don't remember social security number and employee number being the SSN.
