Has anyone replaced their audio head unit with a unit that incorporates Bluetooth?

There are a number of aftermarket head units that incorporate bluetooth and coordinate it with the audio system. I saw a real good review on CNET about Sony unit and I think it was about $300 for the unit. I'd be interested if anyone has replaced their stock unit with a replacement head unit that has bluetooth. How well does it work? How much was installation? Any other info would be great. Thanks.

I replaced the factory head unit in my 2004 Hyundai Tiburon with a Pioneer unit that includes Bluetooth. The head unit pairs nicely with my cell phone - a Sprint Instinct - but I can't get the Bluetooth audio feature to work.
