    You should get an estimate from a body shop first. Body work like this is not typically done by the car owner. But if the estimate shows it to be a simple fix and if it is not covered by insurance, then you can decide to price out the parts, compare to the estimate and decide if the labor savings are enough to try it yourself - if it is even possible to do without specialized bodyshop equipment. Labor rates vary greatly depending on location.
