    If the dealership replaced the evaporator and you still have the same problem, it sounds like there may be either a restriction in the system or it is overcharged. On these 134a systems if the pressures aren't right the a/c will blow cold for few seconds and then the compressor will kick out due to the high head pressure and will cause warm air to come out of the vents. Either way, if I were you I would take it back to the dealership and tell them to fix it right since you have paid them all that money. It should now be their responsibility to fix your a/c.
