    had the same problem, mine turned out to be the connection on the fan controller, easy to check, follow the wire from the fan blower motor (passenger side by the kickpanel) to the controller, then look for the 3 wire connector. I took the controller out and soldered three wires right to the terminals and then used quick connect blade type connectors to re connect it to the wires.

    hey same problem here with this, I took mine out and it looks like mine have become so hot that it melted the connector causing it to turn off, i have to give it a jiggle then it will turn on again. So have you figured out a solution?
