How do I change the front signal light bulb on a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I need to change the bulb on the front signal light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I can't figure out how to get the lens cover off.

In Maintenance & Repair > Lights > Turn signals
In Makes & Models > Jeep > Grand Cherokee
