    1. Remove the lower back seat cushion.
    2. Lower the back to the rear seat
    3. Gently pull around the edges of the panel.
    4. Lift the panel up slightly to remove from the lip at the bottom of the side windows.
    5. slide the rear seatbelt out of its groove.
    6. Replace speakers.
