Pretty sure you have to remove some interior panels from inside the tailgate cargo area.I'm going to link you to our Lincoln Navigator Repair and Maintenance topic, and perhaps other owners could tell you more precisely what to do, if you can't figure it out from what I've posted.http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/...
