Here is the procedure:

1. Turn ignition switch "Off".
   
2. Using a fused jumper, jumper Data Link Connector terminal 8 (BLK/WHT) to terminal 4 (BLK).
   
3. Turn ignition switch "ON".
   
4. Press and hold "LOCK" and "UNLOCK" button on one transmitter. Doors lock and unlock.
   
5. Repeat step 3 using the other transmitter. if only one transmitter is being used go to step 4.
   
6. Disconnect jumper from Data Link Connector (DLC).

As your looking at the DLC under the dash ,Top row start counting from the left to #4 and #8 is at the end of the top row..
Verify colors...before jumping it.

First is try holding the lock and unlock buttons together for about 15 seconds. If the horn honks, the car has recognized the fob.

You can check to see if the fob is transmitting by holding it next to a portable radio tuned to a weak, weak station. When pressing the key, you'll hear a static noise.

Otherwise reprogram the computer to recognize all fobs.
